Shipping policy

All orders are shipped from our storage facility in Bamberg, Germany, via DHL. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking code to follow its journey until delivery.

Each piece is carefully packed by hand to ensure it arrives safely. Since many of our products are fragile, we take extra care to secure them for shipping.

B2B Orders:

The shipping cost shown at B2B checkout is based on the calculated order weight and current DHL rates. If the final packed weight falls into a higher DHL shipping tier, the shipping cost will be adjusted before the order is confirmed and payment is requested.
