If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Roya, you have the option to return it for a refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

All returned items must be in their original condition and packed safely. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Return shipping costs will not be covered by Roya, except in cases where the return is due to our error or if the goods arrived damaged. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse credit if returned items do not meet our return policy criteria.

To initiate a return, please log in to your account or complete the provided return form below. Kindly specify the reason for your return, as this feedback helps us continually improve our service.

We will promptly send you a link via email to create a return label as soon as possible. Please note that we deduct €6 from the refund amount for the use of the return label. Alternatively, you can purchase your own shipping label. Upon request, we will provide you with the return address. For returns due to defects and for exchanges, we cover the return shipping costs ourselves.
