If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from Roya, you can return it to us for a refund.

• Returns must be received by Roya within 14 days of notification and any return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• All returned goods must be intact.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive the goods. You will receive an email confirmation when your refunds have been processed.
• We do not pay return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to our error or damaged goods.
• We have the right to refuse credit if the returned goods do not meet our return policy requirements.
